Jacqueline Serino

Jacqueline “Jacky” Serino passed away on January 21, 2019 at the age of 74. Jacky was born February 24, 1944 in Rockford, Illinois to Raynold and Ann Carlson. She was a loving wife, proud mother and devoted Nana to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jacky was preceded in death by her father and mother, her sister Beverly, and her grandsons Michael, Anthony and Roy. She is survived by her husband Charlie Serino, sister Janice Carlson, brothers Bruce (Nancy) Carlson and Craig (Aimee) Carlson, son Ed (Jill) Carlson, daughters Rene (John) Smith, Michelle (Rick) Shelton, Danielle (Aaron) Spivey, Nicolle (Jason Hendricks) Caruso and Angel (Scott) Peterson, 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She moved to Arizona in 1969, and enjoyed cooking, music and dancing, reading, crossword puzzles and game shows. She liked road trips to Northern Arizona and Tucson and loved vacations in Rocky Point. Friends and family are invited to remember Jacky and celebrate her life on Saturday, February 9 from 1-3pm, at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N 103rd Ave, Sun City, AZ 85351.
