Jack V. Swanson, age 91, was a retired businessman who had lived in Southern California for 25 years and Westbrook Village for 24 years. He was born in Michigan City, Indiana and was graduated from Indiana University. He served in the Army during the Korean War and was proud of his military service. He built a successful business in North Hollywood and retired early to a home in the golf course community in Peoria, Arizona. He played golf for 80 years. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Martha. They have two children, Doug and Erica, four grandchildren, and two great-granddaughters. Jack’s grandchildren were his pride and joy and he loved driving them around in his golf cart.
