Irene Cychosz

Irene Elizabeth Cychosz was born November 4th, 1924 in Wausau WI. She moved to Milwaukee to attend school to become a beautician. Irene moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1950 and continued her career. She worked for many styling salons in the Phoenix and Sun City areas. Irene passed away Feb. 12, 2017 in Sun City. Irene is preceded in death by her siblings, Bill, Ben, Grace, Frances, Florence, Marge, Raymond and Evelyn. She is survived by her sister-in-law Alice Cychosz of Sun City, Arizona and many nieces and nephews. Irene enjoyed watching sports and following the Diamondbacks, Cardinals and Green Bay Packers. She had a wonderful life making many lifelong friends with patrons at her styling stations. She was an active member of St. Joachim & St. Anne’s Catholic Church. Thank You for the kind loving care from Hospice Services of The West and the caregivers of Synergy Caregiving service and Sun Valley Lodge. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, Feb. 20, 2017 at St. Joachim & St. Anne Catholic Church, 11625 N. 111th Ave., Sun City, AZ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sunshine Services, 9980 W. Santa Fe Dr. Sun City AZ 85351.
