Helen Hromish

Helen Hromish, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, entered into eternal life on March 5, 2016. Helen was born on March 7, 1917 in Pleasant City, Ohio to Mary and Stephen Virostko. She married the love of her life, Peter Hromish, in 1940. Together they raised three children. Helen was a longtime resident of Peoria, Arizona. She was an active member of the Holy Spirit Prayer Group at St. Joachim and St. Anne Catholic Church. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, singing, spending time with family and friends, and especially traveling with Peter after he retired. Helen was beautiful, intelligent and strong. She loved her family and friends and always had them in her thoughts and prayers. Cherishing her memory are her three children, Pamela Loof, Patricia Hromish, and Dennis (Renee) Hromish; her four grandchildren, Cheryl Loof, Catherine Loof, Stephen (Poupee) Loof, and Alena Hromish; her three great granddaughters, Eden Clark, Madison Noel, and Amarie Loof. A mass will be held on March 11th at 10am at St. Joachim and St. Anne Catholic Church, reception following in the hall (11625 N. 111th Ave, Sun City). Committal at 1:30pm at the National Cemetery.
