Helen Bakos

Helen L. Bakos, 91, formerly of the Casa Del Rio Community in Peoria, Arizona passed away June 24, 2017 in Escondido, California. Born in Joliet, IL, Helen originally moved to Arizona in 1976 from Illinois. She was a member of St. Joachim & St. Anne Catholic Church in Sun City where she served as an usher, Queen of the Holy Rosary Sodality Parish Council member. Helen volunteered at Boswell Hospital, was very active at Casa Del Rio during her residency and loved to travel. She is survived by her children Janet Keto (Richard), Carol Allen (Stanley) and James Bakos (Lee), 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her son Michael Bakos and grandson Nicholas Keto. Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 8, 2017 at St. Joachim & St. Anne Catholic Church in Sun City, Arizona with interment at Sunland Memorial Park in Sun City, AZ.
