Harlin Bodenstedt

Harlin C. Bodenstedt, went to be with the Lord on October 25, 2017. Harlin was born in Wayne, Nebraska in 1940. In 1948, his family settled in Peoria, Arizona, and has resided there ever since. Harlin was known for being a loving husband, dedicated father and an exceptional friend to all. He worked tirelessly at his family owned business, Peoria Cleaners and Laundry. While attending Peoria High School, he was an active member of the FFA and played alongside his twin brother, Marlin in various sports such as football and baseball. He is survived by his children, Stacy Bodenstedt and Scott Bodenstedt; brothers, Larry Bodenstedt and Marlin Bodenstedt and wife Arleen. Harlin was preceded in death by his parents, Lester Bodenstedt and Irene (McFadden) Bodenstedt, sister Cheryl (Bodenstedt) Domsher. He made a difference in so many peoples' lives on earth, and will continue to do so in heaven. Public visitation to be held on Thursday, November 2, 2017 from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Graveside service private.
