Gus Herman Muldner, 82, of Sun City, AZ passed away March 6, 2008. He was a lifelong Arizona pioneer native, born Nov. 26, 1925, in Peoria, AZ, to Carl & Clara Herman Muldner. He was a US Navy veteran serving on the USS Enterprise 1943-1945. He married Julia Brannon June 30, 1945 and they owned & operated Muldner Livestock Transport Co. in Glendale, AZ for 53 years. Gus was a member of the Order of Eastern Star #59, Peoria Lodge #31; The American Legion #0029; 50 year member Shriners of North America; a 32nd degree Mason-50 year member Grand Lodge of Arizona F Peoria Historical #186; 50 years+ member Scottish Rite of Freemasonry; lifetime member U.S.S. Enterprise Assn.; 50 year member and vice-president of the Arizona National Livestock Show and member of the A.O.P.A. Survivors include his wife of over 62 years, Julia; his mother Clara Muldner; sisters Marie Johnson and Mary Lou Squires; brother Tommy Muldner and many nieces & nephews. Gus was preceded in death by his son Gus H.
