Gerald R. Winters

Gerald (Joe) R. Winters, age 75 of Sun City, Arizona went to be with God surrounded by his family on October 17, 2016. Born and raised in Sebring, Ohio. Resided in Lorain county Ohio where he raised his family and worked for Ford Motor Company for 30 years. He was a deacon in his church, avid bicyclist and ham radio operator. Gerald is preceded in death by his parents Donald and Doretta (Witten), brother Dale and sister Carol. Gerald is survived by his wife Patricia (Mayercheck) of 53 years. Siblings Jack and Elsie, 3 daughters Judy DelVecchio (Joe), Debra Winters (Shirley Gray) Ruth Brand (Matthew). Grandchildren Janine Manternach (Brian), Melissa Romero (Anthony) Benjamin Brand and great grand children Ellandra Manternach and Michael Romero. We will always carry your memory in our hearts. Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. with funeral service at 10:30 a.m., Monday, October 24, 2016 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunwest Cemetery in El Mirage, AZ.
