Georgia Maloof Jerez 94 of Phoenix, AZ, went home to be with the Lord on November 11, 2024. She was born May 03, 1930, in Phoenix, Arizona. On May 28, 1952, she married her true love, Louis Jerez. She is survived by her children, George (Barbara) Lake, Virginia Burke, Deborah (Bryan) Love, Ron (Patty) Hager, Eddie Sampson, Danny Sampson, Louann Picard and Betty Lake; her beloved grandchildren, Steve Lake, Todd (Naomi) Lake, Patrick (Juliana) Lake, Audrea Delacruz, Angel (Scott) Carpenter, Michael Cerio, Kelly Love, James (Daniell) Love, Justin (Sarah) Love, Ronny (Christine) Hager, Therese Hager, Jennifer Hagar, Bryan (Gayle) Picard, Michael (Briannaa) Picard, Andrew (Mary) Picard, Heather Passow, Tiffany Passow, and Megan (Joe) Beaumont; 42 great grandchildren and 17 great, great grandchildren and her brother Manuel Lugo. Georgia was preceded in death by her true love Louis Jerez; her sons, Dominick Lake and Ed Picard; grandson Christopher Sampson; great grandson, Michael John Cerio. "Wife, Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma, Aunt" - she went by many names and will be missed by all. We will all strive to love as strong and without prejudice as she did. We will keep her stories and life lessons in our hearts. We love you very much and you will be missed!!! Go with God and be at Peace. The Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Menke Funeral and Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ, and a Graveside Service will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 9:00 am at the National Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 23029 Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024. There will be a reception following the Graveside Service from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm held in the Reception Hall at Menke Funeral and Cremation Center.
