George Croll

George Daniel Croll, 95, of Youngtown, passed away July 20, 2021. Born in Cleveland, OH, George was a very proud American and a representative of America’s Greatest Generation. A U.S. Navy veteran, he was a resident of the Phoenix area for over 50 years. He was an active member of Harvest Church, and he spent many hours building churches and spreading the Word of God in the Native American communities. George was preceded in death by his wife Violet in 2006. He is survived by brother Ernest Croll, niece Janet Staley, nephew George Croll and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews in Ohio. Visitation will be at 9:00 a.m. with service at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 30, 2021, at Harvest Church, 8340 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, AZ 85305. Interment to follow at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
