Francis Anthony Sacco

Francis “Frank” Anthony Sacco, 92, passed away on Nov. 18, 2015 in Phoenix, Arizona. Born in Pittsfield, MA, Frank was a retired Pittsfield Firefighter. He moved to Sun City, AZ in 1986. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Margaret (Giampaolo), daughter Patricia Riley (Rick) of St. Petersburg, FL, sons, Richard (Mary Pat Nesbit) of Scottsdale, AZ, Ronald (Deborah) of Peoria, AZ, three grandchildren, Carrie Williams (Travis), Kimberly Sacco, Daniel Sacco, step grandchild Sarah Nesbit, three great grandchildren, Dale, Mason, and Vincent, sister Virginia Sacco of Pittsfield, MA, brother Joseph Sacco of Safety Harbor, FL, and many nieces and nephews. Frank was a life long avid bowler, and you could find him most days in his woodworking shop. He loved to do projects around the house and made many beautiful wood pieces for family and friends. He will be greatly missed by his entire family. Frank was a veteran of the US Navy and served in the Pacific in WWII. He will be cremated and interned at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona with veteran military honor. Menke Funeral & Cremation Center of Sun City, AZ, are handling the arrangements.
