He is survived by his wife, Luna; children, Lewis Fish PaulaAnn of Pennsylvania, Katherine Brock David of California, Janet Fish of California; sister Judith Moore of North Carolina; grandchildren, Bryan, Gary and Kristen Fish, Eric Thomas Ross and Stacey Louise Ross.
