Edward Baryla

Edward Baryla, 91, died the morning of 12/12/18 at Banner Boswell Hospital in Arizona after an illness. Born in Scranton, PA to the late Michael & Sophie Baryla, he was the former owner of Baryla’s EZ Shop in North Scranton. Ed was also a proud Army veteran. Surviving are his wife, Mary Ann (Margie Swiecicki), daughter Mary Walters (husband Dale Walters) of Arizona, son Edward of Johnson City, TN, son Michael (wife Mary Saikley Baryla, daughter Jessica Baryla of Charlotte, NC, daughter Morgan Danford , son in law James Danford of Raleigh, NC) of Cary, NC, son Robert (wife Deanna Ikeya) of Glendale, AZ, daughter Joanne Baryla of Naples, FL and son David of Chandler, AZ. Funeral service was held on Friday, Dec. 14, 2018 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center in Sun City, AZ. Military interment service will be held at a future date at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
