Edith McKenzie

Edith Brown McKenzie, 103 of Peoria, AZ, passed away October 10, 2008. Edith was born in Rio, Illinois on September 12, 1905. She graduated from Galesburg High School and Knox College. She was a mmber of the United Church of Sun City, Pi Beta Phi, P.E.O. & Theta Sigma Phi. She married Thomas R. McKenzie on September 14, 1929 and in September 1970 they retired to Sun city, AZ. She was preceded in death by her husband. A niche-side service will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at 10 am at Sunland Memorial Park, Sun City, AZ.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Boswell Hospital in Sun City, AZ, or The United Church of Sun City.
