Dorothy Agosta

Dorothy Jeanne Agosta, 83, of Sun City, Arizona passed away October 20, 2011. Dorothy was born November 21, 1927 in Herbert, Pennsylvania. A retired restaurant manager, she retired to Sun City in 1999 from Michigan. She is survived by her husband of 59 years Roy Agosta; children, Terry Agosta (Kathryn), Catherine Ackley (Alan), Joseph Agosta and Connie Johnson (Heyward); brothers James, Charles and Willard Johnson; sisters Margaret Hardy, Jane McKnight, Edith Headstrom and Janet Moore; 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Robert and Gary Danner. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 28, 2011 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, Arizona. A reception in memory of "Dee Dee" as she was better known will be held at the home of Terry and Kathy Agosta, 10832 W. Tropicana Circle, Sun City, AZ 85351, following the service.
