Donna Schlegman

Donna Mae Schlegman 79, passed away October 12, 2021 in Glendale Arizona. She was born May 5, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois. She then moved to Arlington, Washington in 1980 and then to MT Vernon, Washington. Donna enjoyed the peace and serenity of living in the country where she was surrounded by the birds, deer, racoons. She loved to travel the world with her daughter Mariah and some of their close friends. Some of the places they visited were Hawaii, Costa Rica, Peru, Australia, Italy, Africa, and Russia, New Zealand just to name a few. Donna was a teacher, artist, real estate agent for Century 21. She loved to go hiking, and play tennis. She was a very kind, loving, caring independent woman. She has left many memories to those who loved and knew her through her lifetime. She leaves behind her only daughter Mariah Phillips of Phoenix, Arizona, a brother Sheldon Schlegman of Atlanta Georgia. Her last words to her daughter Mariah a few days before she passed were "I LOVE YOU SO MUCH" Donna will forever be loved and missed by all who knew and loved her. Celebration of her Life will be at River Meadows Park at a later date.
