Deborah Barrick

Deborah “Debbie” Jane Barrick passed away Friday, July 1, 2016. Debbie was born in Canton, Ohio, and attended Kent State then Mount Union thereby receiving her teaching degree. She worked at Goodyear Aerospace, Loral and then found her home at Honeywell Aerospace. She cared deeply for her friends at work and spoke often about how much she cared for the “people on my team.” Debbie was an animal lover. She lived to advocate for animals. Her legacy will live on in the rescue and care of homeless pets. Thanks to her, there will be more free spay and neuter clinics. Thanks to her, there will be better facilities to care for the ones brought about by human negligence. Debbie will live on in her care for our needy animals. She is on to bigger and better things now but she is sorely missed just the same.
