David McKenzie

79, died peacefully on December 28, 2012 with his wife at his side. David was born in 1933 in Big Timber, Montana. His work as a plant manager moved him to Utah then on to Arizona in 1965, where he retired from Shasta Beverage Corp. in 2004. Beloved husband, father, grandfather & great grandfather, David is survived by his wife Colleen of 52 years; 2 children Tammy & Donald; 2 grandchildren Joshua & Hannah; 2 great grandchildren Holden brother James; and sister Donaldine Labb and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Donald W. & Lola McKenzie & his sister Kathryn D’Josland. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 19th, 2013 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ 85351. A celebration of life reception will occur immediately following. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations made in honor of David to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
