David "Dave" Miesel

David E. “Dave” Miesel, 71, of Phoenix, AZ passed away Dec. 17, 2013. Dave was born in Detroit, MI to Daniel and Ioleen Miesel. He moved to Arizona in 1960 and served in the US Army. He was a member of the Arizona Cactus Cappers, the NRA and during the 70’s was a CB radio enthusiast. An avid woodworker and carpenter, he enjoyed home remodeling projects and spending time in his shop making furniture and keepsakes for his family. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Lyla. Survivors include his son Scott (Wendi), brother Skip, sister Diane Cook, grandchildren: Valerie and Justin; great grandchildren: Daxtin, Ryker, Kloie, Chandler & Jessica and several nieces and nephews. Private family arrangements were made.
