Connie Gibson

Lifelong AZ native Connie Lee Gibson passed away January 15, 2009 at 76. Born in Phoenix, raised in Flagstaff moving to Sun City in 1996 Connie was proud to be a native Arizonan. Her husband Jerry preceded her in death in 2004. She is survived by her daughter Cyndi Benedict and son-in-law Dale; daughter Ginger Gibson and son-in-law Dennis Culver; several cousins and many cherished friends. She was a long time member of the GFWC and volunteered most of her life for various organizations. Connie overcame many health related obstacles throughout her life and died after her last courageous battle with kidney disease. Funeral Services will be held @ All Saints Episcopal Church, 6300 N. Central Ave., Phoenix on Wednesday 1/21/09 at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow. Burial will be Thursday in Flagstaff at Citizens Cemetery.
