Clarita T. Caswell, 83, of Youngtown, AZ passed away Jan. 11, 2018. Born in Chicago, IL, she worked as a Commodity Broker with Cargill, Inc. She retired to Youngtown, AZ in 1992 from Chattanooga, TN. A very active member of St. Joachim St. Anne Catholic Church, she served as a Eucharistic Minister, Altar Server and worked in the parish office for over 6 years. Clarita was a member of The Collie Club of America, Arizona Collie Clan, American Rose Society, West Valley Rose Society, Portiuncula Franciscan Fraternity, and the St. Thomas More Regional Franciscan Fraternity. Clarita was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph G. Schwertfeger and Margaret (Haase) Schwertfeger and her sister Audrey Janotta. She is also preceded by husband Ronald Caswell in 1996. She is survived by brothers Bernard, Leroy Tom Schwertfeger; sisters Marilyn West, Joan Olsen and Judy Larsen and 21 nieces and nephews. Visitation 4-7 p.m. with Rosary 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018 at Menke Funeral Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018 at St. Joachim St. Anne Catholic Church, 11625 N. 111th Ave., Sun City, AZ.
