Christina Finch

Christina K. Finch of Sun City, AZ, 93, formerly of Shelbyville, II and Hot Springs Village AR, was called home to be with the Lord on Feb. 20, 2015, at the Health Care Center of Sun Valley Lodge in Sun City. "Chris" was born on Feb. 22, 1921, the daughter of Albert and Ruth Karr in Fairfield, II, where she grew up. She was married for 63 years to William Finch, who preceded her in death in 2007. Her parents, two brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Ellen Bookout and son-in-law, Frank Bookout of Peoria, AZ; three granddaughters: Anne Rickard of Scottsdale, AZ, Rachel Prince-Mariner of Scottsdale, AZ, Susie Prince of Dallas, TX; and four great-grandchildren: Chris and Courtney Rickard, David and Katie Kroeppler-all of Scottsdale, AZ. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the Sun Valley Lodge Retirement Center chapel in Sun City with the interment taking place later at the Kirk in the Pines Memorial Gardens in Hot Springs Village, AR. Chris's family and friends are blessed to have been touched by her love. Arrangements are being made with Menke Funeral & Cremation Center in Sun City.
