Charles Volanti

Born August 20, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio, died April 19, 2013 in Sun City, AZ. Survived by wife Flo, sons Don (Carol), Ron (Angela), grandsons Michael, Jesse, & Dean, 3 great-grandchildren, step-daughters, Angela Anliker, Paget Weber, & Jackie Reyes. A WWII US Navy veteran, he was a truck driver for 30 years in Ohio, and a school bus driver for 8 years in Arizona. A member of the Teamsters, American Legion and an avid golfer. Preceded in death by wife Phyllis. Cremation rites to be accorded, with memorial service to be held at 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 10, 2013 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Private interment with military honors at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
