Charles Clifford McKinney, 84, of Sun City, Arizona passed away Sept. 26, 2011. Born in Weippe, Idaho, Charles served in the US Navy. An account, he retired to Sun City in 1999 from Colorado. Survivors include his wife Wanda of Sun City; daughters Charlene Farwell (Randy) of Idaho and Carmen Beckman (Mike) of Florida. Memorial services are at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011 at the Heritage Palmeras, 10101 W. Palmeras Dr., in Sun City, AZ.
