Charles Lipscomb

July 31, 1943 — September 21, 2018

Charles William (Bill) Lipscomb 7/31/43 to 9/21/18 Bill proudly served in the Marine Corp during Vietnam. The rest of his days were spent working hard and enjoying his family. On September 21, 2018, he passed away at home after a short bout with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Teri, 3 daughters, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 29th from 1-5 pm at their home in Peoria.
