Carol Horrick

Carol J. Horrick, 55, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away July 4, 2011. Carol was born in Indianapolis, IN on April 30, 1956 and resided in Arizona for the past 31 years. Preceding her in death is her father James Ash in 1998. She is survived by her mother Maggie Ash; brothers Tom Ash (Linda) and Robert Ash; sister Diana Inman and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. The family suggests memorial donations to a charity of your choice.
