Carol Curtin

Carol Jean Curtin 89 of Sun City, AZ passed away Oct. 11, 2009.  Mrs. Curtin was born in Shenandoah, PA February 22, 1920.  She was a graduate of Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA class of 1940.  When visiting a sister in Douglas, WY in 1948 she met and married Paul Curtin June 1, 1949.  Mr. Curtin died in 1988.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and a brother.   She resided in Douglas, WY until moving to Sun City permanently in 2006.   She enjoyed Bridge, Golf, travel, reading and had a love for dogs.   She was a member of the Red Cross (Gray Ladies), Retired Sr. Volunteer Patrol, volunteering at Boswell Hospital and the Senior Center.  She is survived by her nieces and nephews.    Funeral Service will be 11:00 A.M.
