Cameron Brunke

January 24, 2019 — June 24, 2019

Just five months after coming into our hearts, Cameron Charles Brunke passed away peacefully in his sleep. During that fleeting time, he touched many lives and was loved by all who met him. Born January 24, 2019 weighing 7lbs, 15oz and measuring 20 and a half inches, this little bundle came equipped to immediately steal our hearts. “Cam Man” filled all who met him immediately with overflowing love. His adorable smile came forth about a month later bringing more joy than we knew was possible. At about four months, he erupted with a “chuckle” of a laugh bringing joy to everyone. He was fascinated with ceiling fans and his sisters. He loved his crib time, especially when his biggest sister climbed in with him to “read” him his favorite “crunchy” book. Recently finding his chubby little feet, he entertained himself and everyone present. His most favorite activities were bouncing with Momma, playing airplane with Daddy or snuggling with either. Cam joins his Great Grandpa Brunke (Raymond Brunke), and Gram and Poppa (Connie and Jack Graves), in heaven. He is survived by his mother and father Christine and Chas (Charles) Brunke; his big sisters Kensington and Carson Brunke; many grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. The visitation and service will be held on Friday June 28, 2019 at Christ Church of the Valley (CCV) Peoria Campus, Building 400; 7007 W Happy Valley Road, Peoria, AZ, 85383. The visitation for family and friends will be from 1:00 to 1:30pm. The service will begin at 2pm. A reception will follow at the Sapp grandparent’s home. The family suggests wearing white or blue to reflect our little boy's innocence and purity. Flowers may be sent to CCV – Building 400 between 12:30pm and 1pm on Friday or donations may be made to First Candle at FirstCandle.org. “Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart.”
