Bruce Young

Bruce K. Young 88, passed away on April 10, 2011. Bruce was born on June 26, 1922, in Russellville, Arkansas. Bruce retired from the Movie Theatre business in 1988 as a Senior District Manager at Commonwealth Theatres in Denver, Colorado. Bruce was an army veteran of WW II and later became the first veteran from World War II to become Commander of the American Legion in Dyersburg, TN. He is survived by his wife, Catherine Young, and sons Mark (Patrice) Young and Ken Young. Bruce had 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. To honor Bruce’s wishes, a private service with family members only has been held. The family suggests memorial donations be made to your favorite charity.
