Barbara Reilly

Barbara E. Reilly, 89, of Sun City passed away on Oct. 27, 2016. Barbara was born July 18, 1927 in Penn Yan, NY. She attended school and graduated from the State Teachers College at Geneseo, NY in 1950. She married Richard Reilly in 1951 and moved to Arizona in 1953. After raising her children Barbara returned to teaching at Barcelona School until she retired to Sun City with husband Richard in 1983. Barbara was an active member of St. Joachim & St. Anne Catholic Church in Sun City. She loved her bridge clubs and spending time with her growing family. Barbara was preceded by her husband of 58 years, Richard. She is survived by her son R. Thomas Reilly, Jr., daughter Joanne DeLorenzo (David) of Dallas, TX, son David Reilly, daughter Amy Reese and son Stephen Reilly; ten beloved grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, Nov. 4, 2016 at the Church of St. Joachim & St. Anne, 11625 N. 111th Ave., Sun City, AZ.
