87, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away December 20, 2013. She was born in Quincy, Illinois. A retired newspaper bookkeeper, she moved to Arizona in 2009 from Washington. Survivors include her daughters, Patty Underwood, Mickey Thayer, Sharon Gavin, Brenda Gettman and Maureen Diaz. 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren also survive. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 27, 2013 at Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, 6351 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, Arizona.
