Adelphine Lunyerere, a woman of happy memory, was born on October 10, 1977, in Bukavu Katana, DR Congo. She was the daughter of Lunyerere Nyarwahi and Ange Mukuzo and the second child in a family of five. She received her primary education at Epulindi (école des filles) and a primary
post-certificate in 1987. She then went on to earn her High School diploma at Kadutu Instant Secondary School from 1988 to 1990.
Adelphine was a dedicated student who pursued her passion for humanitarian studies by obtaining a college degree from the Bahati Institute in 1994. She was also a hardworking businesswoman, and for 40 years, she sold and traveled to places to do business. She was also involved in orphanages and helped those who were less fortunate.
In 2014, Adelphine moved to Uganda for a better future for her children. She lived there until 2018, when she came to the United States with her children. In the US, she dedicated her life to advocating for God and spreading love and laughter in her community. She was a God-fearing woman of faith. Adelphine was not only an accomplished academic businesswoman, but she was also a mother of seven. She was known for her friendly and welcoming nature, always making people feel at ease in her presence. Her love and care for her family and friends were unmatched, and she was a mentor to many.
Her confidence and friendly demeanor made her a beloved member of her community. Adelphine will always be remembered for her kind heart and her ability to make everyone feel loved and valued. There was never a dull moment in her presence. Her willingness to help those in need spoke to who she was. Her legacy will continue to live not only through her family and friends but also through the many lives she has touched.
She leaves behind her children, Lubale Mudosa, Mugisho Mudosa, Munyerekana Mudosa, Munguakonkwa Mudosa, Binja Mudosa, Beni Mudosa, Wani Mudosa.
