Adeline St. George
March 19, 1930- November 10th, 2020
Adeline St. George passed away Tuesday Nov. 10th to live in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ and be with her beloved husband Joe. Adeline was born in Gilbert, AZ and was raised on the Tremaine Ranch where her father Phillip was the head rancher. She was comfortable on a horse and would ride her horse to school at 8 years old, which made her popular with the boys. In the late 1950’s after attending a dance at Luke Air force Base, she met Joseph St. George, who was a jet mechanic that worked on U.S. military aircraft. They fell in love and married on Jan. 30th 1960. They had only one child, Joseph, Jr. who died shortly after birth. Adeline, a devoted Catholic, would always pray for anyone in need, which made her an angel here on earth. She was an avid animal lover, but favored cats. Joe and Addy were together until his death in 2012. She is survived by her nephews Michael (Diana Lee) Ruiz, John Ruiz Jr., Robert (Carmen) Rosas Jr., Allen Ruiz Jr. and his niece Carolyn Ruiz. Funeral Services will be held at Menke Funeral Home 12420 N. 103rd Ave. Sun City, AZ 85351, Monday November 30th, 2020 @ 11:00 a.m. (doors open at 10:00 a.m.) internment (due to COVID limited attendees-10) immediately following @ Veterans Memorial Cemetery 23029 N.
